Janet has over 20 years of live-action, animation and visual effects production experience. She brings a depth of knowledge and experience to Seven Trees Productions. Janet began her career in London in the crazy world of music video, working with artists such as The Traveling Wilburys, Alison Moyet, Prefab Sprout, Cliff Richard, Morrissey and Paul Young. Upon moving to Los Angeles she established her reputation for cutting-edge visual effects on a wide range of groundbreaking television series including “Star Trek: The Next Generation” and “V.R.5″. From TV she moved into theatrical features as VFX Producer and/or Supervisor on everything from Kurt Vonnegut’s BREAKFAST OF CHAMPIONS, the cult classic SNAKES ON A PLANE, to the Tom Cruise/Cameron Diaz feature KNIGHT AND DAY and the recent international hit THE MUPPETS.
Janet is one of the founding members of the VES (Visual Effects Society). Along with her partner in Seven Trees, David Hamilton, she was an honored finalist in the 2012 PGA Producer Guild ProShow Competition with the Seven Trees comedy feature film project CARGO CULT.
